Fluent English speaker/writer Wherever you are resident, you must have a full working visa in that country/GEO to apply for this role The candidate must have the aptitude and willingness to embrace unfamiliar technology and learn new skills You are THOROUGHLY familiar with the mainframe, its various sub-systems, features etc (VTAM, TSO, ISPF, CICS, Batch, DB2, IMS, VSAM, PDS, QSAM, PDSE/2, exits, SCLM, LMS, DUMPS, utilities etc) Internals of z/OS 24/31/64, memory structure, system libraries You have mainframe software verification experience using: JCL, Java You are prepared to give a demonstration of your skills at an interactive technical interview. Knowledge of Jira, git and Agile methodology Practice with unit testing, integration testing, and automation testing (e2e). Hands on with Eclipse RCPTT and Eclipse SWTBot with JUnit Knowledge of Mocha, Jest, Cypress, Selenium, JavaScript and TypeScript. Advantageous skills: zVM, zOSMF, PL/X, SLD Familiarity with IBM File Manager for z/OS, IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS, z/OS Explorer, z/OS Open Editor or similar products Familiarity with test automation tools/strategies Jenkins, XML, JSON, VS Code, VSC extensions, DB2/SQL, IMS/DB1, MQ, zD&T, ADCD, Zowe, Open Mainframe
