Mainframe ,JCL, COBOL, VSAM, DB2 CICS
Mainframe Candidate should have strong knowledge in JCL, COBOL, VSAM, DB2 CICS.
Should have knowledge on ITSM process. Also, ticket handlings.
Basic knowledge on job monitoring and able to fix the jobs independently.
Identifying the root cause and fix the issues.
Able to work minor enhancement end-to-end.
Through knowledge on Problem and Change management.
Should be able to work on 24X7 support project based on rotation.
