Mainframe Modernization System Programmer

As a z/OS SysProg with 10+ years of experience, your role will primarily focus on Mainframe transformation and generative AI. You should possess a strong knowledge of cutting-edge technology solutions and implementation methodologies, with a specialization in Ansible and Python for Mainframe infrastructure modernization. Your responsibilities will include: - Having an in-depth understanding of the z/OS and ISV upgrade processes via z/OSMF - Being familiar with Mainframe infrastructure modernization tools such as z/OSMF, AIOps, WatsonX for z, and ZOWE - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Thriving in a fast-paced environment and being adaptable to changing priorities - Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred qualifications for this role include relevant certifications in Mainframe technology or related fields, experience in managing complex projects and strategic partnerships, and a background in working within a global organization with a diverse customer and partner base.
