Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Mainframe projects, involving in all phases of projects from Requirements to Implementation.
2 Fine tune existing jobs for better performance by tuning SQL queries or using right mainframe utilities
3 Providing maintenance and support to implemented components.
4 Supporting mainframe components for customers legacy modernization program
5 Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting.
6 Proactively identify issues & risks and highlight to customers & TCS management.
