Mainframe Developer

Location - Chennai Exp Range - 3 to 7 Skillset- JCL, COBOL, VSAM Must Have- 3-7 years of IT experience with development experience in JCL, Cobol and VSAM. Experience in Cobol program Development and Testing. Should have knowledge in Accessing IBM mainframe tools and screen Options. Should have work experience in more than one project, able to understand requirements and architecture design quickly. Should be able to prepare design documents, test strategy and execute test cases based on the requirements. Must have knowledge of SDLCs, Waterfall and Agile frameworks . Responsibilities- Ability to design, develop mainframe applications and plan test strategy, create test cases Coordinate with team and guide them technically Able to understand the requirements and suggest design and testing approach accordingly To collaborate along with Architects and help in fine-tuning the project deliverables Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional / technical requirements Lead, couch a small team and deliver milestones with quality
