Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mainframe technologies

  (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS).

• 3+ years of experience in Java development (

  Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate).

• Experience with migration tools and methodologies (e.g.,

  Micro Focus, OpenLegacy, Raincode).

• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise migrations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
