As a Mainframe Developer at Barclays, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Strong mainframe skills in Hogan, Cobol, JCL, and DB2. - Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Jira. - Strong knowledge of software development in Cards/banking. - Work independently as a fungible resource in a highly collaborative team, at pace with strong problem-solving skills and proactivity in solutioning complex problems. Additional relevant skills highly valued: - Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends to recommend improvements in build and testing.
