Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Magento features, themes, and modules.
  • Manage and optimize website performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate Magento with third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain Magento version updates, patches, and security enhancements.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure flawless frontend execution.
  • Monitor and improve site speed, SEO compatibility, and overall usability.
  • Manage database configurations, backups, and recovery procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Magento 2 development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with Composer, Git, and deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with Linux server environments and cloud hosting platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Magento 2 Certification(s) is a plus.
