As an experienced PHP developer with knowledge of popular CMSs like Joomla, WordPress, Magento, and Drupal, you will be responsible for the following: - Excellent web development skills with expertise in object-oriented PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. - Proficiency in Magento for E-commerce development. - Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Yii, Zend, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, and Symfony. - Proficient in SQL with the ability to understand complex database structures and write database triggers, stored procedures, and functions. - Familiarity with SVN or CVS for version control. - Ability to write custom JavaScript code and customize jQuery. - Good communication skills and the ability to work independently on modules or assignments. - Strong problem-solving skills to creatively and efficiently solve issues. - Experience with coding, unit testing, debugging, and maintaining existing systems. - Capability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. - Excellent analytical, design, troubleshooting, and client-side debugging skills. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience working on live Magento E-commerce websites. - Strong object-oriented and database programming skills. - Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. - A Master's degree in related areas is a plus. - Relevant computer application certifications would be beneficial. You should be hardworking, committed, and willing to learn new technologies and skills.
