Machine Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water bottling and packaging machines
• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• Handle machines such as RO plant, bottle filling, capping, labeling, shrink wrapping, and conveyor systems
• Ensure minimal machine downtime and smooth production flow
• Maintain maintenance logs and daily machine reports
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards (FSSAI / ISO / GMP)
• Coordinate with production and quality teams

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Knowledge of bottled water plant machinery
• Experience in RO water treatment systems
• Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of pneumatic systems and motors
• Ability to read machine manuals and diagrams

Experience & Education

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in packaged drinking water or FMCG plant
• Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply
