Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise Daily Operations
Monitor CNC/VMC machine operations during shift.
Job Allocation & Scheduling
Assign tasks to machine operators as per plan.
Machine Setup & Readiness
Ensure proper tooling, fixture, and program availability.
First-Part & In-Process Inspection
Check dimensions and quality of machined parts.
Production Monitoring
Track output, minimize downtime, and meet targets.
Manpower Handling
Manage operators, helpers, and support skill development.
5S & Safety Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety procedures.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain shift reports; coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma

1 to 3 years
of experience in a machine shop environment Hands-on experience in
CNC
and
VMC
machine operation or supervision Exposure to
tooling, fixture setup, offset setting, and basic programming
Team handling and task allocation

communication

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Basic reporting and documentation skills
