Name of Position: Deputy Manager
1.Job Objective :- Overall responsible of one cell of Machining, Assly, inspection & Packing.
2.Key Role & Responsibilities :- Achieve QPCDSM parameters assigned to his Product Group. 1) Looking CNC , VMC , Assly , Packing & inspection. 2) Customer on time delivery 3) Monitoring Day to day production, inspection, & rejection activity 4) Production Planning daily, weekly , Monthly 5) Daily packing monitoring 6) Maintain 5s 7) Implementing & Monitoring of TPM activity 8) Resolving day to day issue. 9) Shift wise production monitoring. 10) Rejection reduction 11) OEE monitoring & improvement. 12) Manpower handling.
3.Qualification & Experience Required :- 1) Diploma in Mechanical/ Production engineering 2) 10 to 12 years of experience in Aluminum parts machining ( High pressure as well gravity die casting) 3) In depth Knowledge of CNC/VMC & general purpose machine. 4) Basic Knowledge of CMM report reading & correction. 5) Good knowledge of 5s. 6) Good Knowledge of TPM. 7) Knowledge of SPC , Cp/Cpk. 8) Good Knowledge of Jig & Fixture
