Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Operation of BMU.
Coordination & Communication with Client & other Sub Contractors at site Declaration preparation.
Continuous reporting to the Client for BMU operation
Fill Daily log book as per company format.
Daily Inspection of rooftop & BMU and reporting to the Client if anything unusual found.
Continuous Wind Speed monitoring.
Informing the Client if any Emergency raised.
Guiding & Training the Team Members.
To Provide A Safe Means Of Using The Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) To Access The Facades Of All Sites.
To Ensure That Only Authorized And Properly Trained Persons Are Able To Use This Machine In Any Way.
To Ensure The Safety And Convenience Of The Public And Of Building Occupants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,235.27 per month
