Machine Operator/Process Worker

As a member of the Syntric production team, your primary responsibility will be to operate the compacting press efficiently to increase the production unit output. This involves closely monitoring the plan versus actual production on a daily basis and reporting any discrepancies to the production manager promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Operate the compacting press to meet production targets - Monitor and compare daily production output with the planned targets - Report production data and any issues to the production manager Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating production machinery, preferably a compacting press - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production plans accurately Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance. The work schedule may include day shifts and rotational shifts at the designated work location.
