As a Water Plant Machine Operator at Basil Beverages, your role will involve operating and maintaining machinery used in water production and bottling. You will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings, conducting routine maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain PET Bottle Blowing Machine Ajit PET 7002, Filling Machine DP Sharma HBM, and Labelling Machine DP Sharma HBM - Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal production - Conduct routine maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition - Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the production process - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively Qualifications: - Strong mechanical and technical skills in operating and maintaining machinery - Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in manufacturing or water production processes - Problem-solving skills to identify and address equipment malfunctions - Attention to detail for precision in machine operation and product quality - Ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery - Basic understanding of water treatment processes (preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team About the Company: Basil Beverages is a quality-focused water bottle manufacturing and packaged drinking water company in Gurgaon, Haryana.
