Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator Trainee located in Ernakulam. The Machine Operator Trainee will assist in operating and monitoring sophisticated automated injection molding machines and robotic systems. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality production standards, conducting routine equipment checks, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance
• Ability to follow instructions and work under guidance
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus but not required
