Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in Palghar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating various machines such as liquid filling, tube filling, labelling, and powder filling machines. The candidate should be capable of managing machine operations, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring consistent production quality and output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor liquid filling, tube filling, labelling, and powder filling machines during production.
• Set up machines with appropriate parameters, tools, and materials prior to start-up.
• Ensure accurate filling, proper labelling, hygiene, and adherence to product quality standards.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Promptly identify and report breakdowns or operational issues.
• Assist the maintenance team in performing minor repairs and adjustments.
• Maintain daily production logs, including machine performance and output data.
• Comply with GMP, quality, and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass; ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operating production machines.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to work 10-hour general shifts.
• Physically fit, alert, and detail-oriented.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices in a manufacturing setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
