Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of carbon-based products.
• Set up machines and ensure proper calibration before starting production.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Maintain proper records of production output and machine performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit (preferably in carbon or chemical-based industries).
• Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules and work instructions.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor machine issues.
• Familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping.
