Job Summary:

We are hiring skilled Machine Operators with hands-on experience in wire and metal fabrication machinery. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various production machines to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned machines for production activities.
• Set up machinery and ensure proper calibration for each production cycle.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support team operations and complete daily production targets efficiently.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in operating any of the following machines:

• Chainlink Fence Machine
• Barbed Wire & Concertina Wire Machines (Bergandi)
• OSCAM Cutting / Double Bender / Bonding Machines
• Shearing & Bending Machines
• E.V.S. Polybend & Mesh Machines
• Wire Drawing, Virlat, George Dean & Crane Machines

Qualifications:

• ITI or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in wire or metal industry operations.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and machine manuals.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BD 120 + OT (Overtime)
• Duty: 8 Hours + OT (Daily)

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and hardworking Helpers to assist in daily machine operations and production activities. The Helper will support Machine Operators and technicians by handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Machine Operators in setting up and operating production machines.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Support maintenance activities and report equipment issues when noticed.
• Perform general labor duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
• Skills: Basic understanding of machine operations, teamwork, and safety awareness.

• Salary: BD 100 + OT (Overtime)
• Duty: 8 Hours + OT (Daily)
