Job Title: Machinist / Machine operator Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10 – 12 hours per day Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machinist to join our precision engineering team. The role involves operating milling, turning, grinding, and other conventional machines to produce high-accuracy components. This is an excellent opportunity to work across multiple machining processes and grow into advanced technologies. Responsibilities Set up and operate milling, turning, grinding, or related machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions. Select appropriate tools, set machine parameters, and achieve required tolerances. Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Maintain machines, tools, and ensure a clean work environment. Follow safety protocols and meet production quality standards. Requirements Experience in machining operations (milling, turning, grinding, or similar) or fresher. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Knowledge of machining tolerances and measuring instruments. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and quality-focused mindset.
