We are looking for an experienced Optical Profile Grinding Machine Operator to join our team. The role requires precision machining of intricate components using optical profile grinding machines, ensuring accuracy and high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate optical profile grinding machines.
• Work with technical drawings, profiles, and templates.
• Achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes as per specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using optical measurement tools and gauges.
• Maintain machines, tools, and work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with optical profile grinding machines or a fresher.
• Strong understanding of precision machining processes.
• Ability to work with fine tolerances and intricate shapes.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
