Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, your role will involve calibrating the machine before production begins, ensuring regular checks and cleaning of machines, monitoring and controlling machine performance and settings, conducting tests of machine performance, and inspecting machinery with appropriate tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for feeding raw materials into semi-automated machines, assisting the assembly line, fixing any malfunctions, checking machine output for issues, maintaining an updated database on machine information, defective units, and final products, keeping a log of activities, and submitting performance reports regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Calibrate the machine before production begins - Regularly check and clean machines - Monitor and control machine performance and settings - Conduct tests of machine performance and operating capacity - Inspect machinery with appropriate tools - Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and assist the assembly line - Fix any issues or malfunctions - Check machine output and identify issues - Maintain an updated database on machine information, defective units, and final products - Keep a log of activity - Regularly submit performance reports Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred The company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
