Machine Operator - Foam cutting

·Job description :

Machine operation : Operate manual vertical and circular foam cutting machines to cut foam blocks according to specifications

· Operate CNC computer for cutting foam

· Measure and mark foam materials before cutting to ensure accuracy

· Follow work orders, production schedules, and supervisor instructions

· Inspect finished foam cuts for accuracy, quality, and consistency

· Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure smooth operation

· Monitor machine performance and report mechanical issues immediately

· Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent accidents and protect materials

· Assist in loading/unloading foam blocks and organizing cut materials

· Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output targets

· Keep accurate records of production activities and material

· Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment

· Knowledge of operating vertical and circular cutting machines (foam industry experience is a plus)

· Ability to read measurements, technical drawings, and production instructions

· Basic mechanical knowledge for machine maintenance and troubleshooting

· Commitment to safety and ability to follow operational guidelines

·Qualification : Must have Technical ITI / Diploma or 1-year equivalent work experience in Foam Cutting Machine operating

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
