Machine Operator

You are seeking an experienced Batching Plant Operator to join the production team at AK Construction Materials. You will be responsible for operating the computerized batching plant for AAC block production. Your role will involve accurately weighing and mixing raw materials such as fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, and water as per the recipe. It will be your responsibility to monitor the control panel and plant equipment to ensure consistent operation, maintain proper records of batching quantities and material usage, inspect equipment daily, and coordinate with maintenance for necessary repairs. Your focus will be on ensuring the safe operation of the plant, adherence to standard operating procedures, and alignment with daily production targets by coordinating with the production manager and quality control. Key Responsibilities: - Operate the computerized batching plant for AAC block production. - Accurately weigh and mix raw materials as per the recipe. - Monitor the control panel and plant equipment for consistent operation. - Maintain records of batching quantities and material usage. - Inspect equipment daily and coordinate with maintenance for repairs. - Ensure safe plant operation and adherence to standard procedures. - Coordinate with production manager and quality control for production targets alignment. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 10th pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical preferred. - 2+ years of experience operating an AAC/Concrete batching plant. - Familiarity with automated batching systems and industrial safety protocols. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
