Machine Moulding Supervisor for Sand Casting Mfgg. Co.

Production Management

· Responsible for daily shift-wise production planning

· To maintain target production output with rejection controls and quality.

· To monitor the production process and re-schedule, whenever required.

· Responsible for inventory control during the shift

· Responsible for manpower utilization during the shift

· To maintain shift-wise production data in terms of quantity produced, % rejections, down-time,

Material consumption

Resource Optimization

· To take measures to decrease the operating cost.

· To minimise total downtime due to various factors

Continuous Improvement

· To implement quality guidelines, tools, techniques etc

· To identify new improved processes for productivity improvement

Maintenance

· To co-ordinate with maintenance staff for machine break-down and preventive maintenance

Responsible for autonomous maintenance of the machines in the department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
