Position Summary

Were looking for a Product Development Engineer (ML) to join our team of Phenom. We prefer candidates

• Capable of building accurate machine learning models
• Good understanding of NLP. LLMs is a plus
• Practical knowledge of object-oriented software development

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance AI-driven applications.

• Train NLP models, using both custom datasets and existing available language models, such as BERT, RoBERTA, Spacy and LLM models etc.
• Build and evaluate models for NLP tasks, such as multi-label classification, NER, Question Answering and text summarization, and produce new solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and neural networks.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging cloud-based resources and distributed computing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
• Actively participate in code reviews and collaborative problem-solving sessions, contributing to the improvement of AI solutions and development processes.
• Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning advancements, research papers, and tools, incorporating them into AI development projects.

Job Requirement:

• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or computer vision, or other AI subfields
• Proven track record as an AI Engineer, with portfolio examples of successful machine learning projects
• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced level knowledge of Python and understanding of good coding practices
• Experience in NLP and machine learning libraries (e.g.,Transformers, PyTorch, Langchain, scikit-learn)
• Strong drive to learn and acquire missing skills
