**Role Overview:** You will be joining an Innovative Entity in the Insurance Industry as a Machine Learning Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, training, and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value through data-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and train machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms. - Collaborate with data engineers to clean, preprocess, and transform raw data for model training. - Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance. - Create and test new features to enhance model performance and optimize feature selection. - Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. - Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand business requirements, develop ML models, and integrate them into products and services. - Conduct model evaluation using statistical tests, cross-validation, and A/B testing. - Maintain thorough documentation of processes, models, and systems. - Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to coding best practices. - Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements for internal processes and models. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field. - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a machine learning engineer. - Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or Java. - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Hands-on experience with deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid foundation in mathematical concepts related to ML. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. The company is located in Hyderabad, India, and you will be expected to work in the office full-time. The reporting manager for this position is the Head of Analytics. The evaluation process includes an HR Round, two Technical Rounds, and a discussion with the CEO.
