Role Description Looking for ML engineers who are full-stack builders - capable of model development and end-to-end delivery (Python, robust evaluation, and simple APIs). 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 (𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨): 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐈: Complex doc understanding (Extract → Verify → Summarize). 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: Multimodal AI for video assessment and maintenance guidance. 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤/𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬: OCR, Multilingual information extraction, Benchmarking, LLMs, VLMs and Computer Vision. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞: A strong portfolio artifact (Demo + Repo).
