Job Summary:

Machine Learning Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business needs.
Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract useful features and insights.
Experiment with different ML algorithms and frameworks to optimize model performance.
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate ML models into production pipelines.
Develop APIs and services to serve ML models in real-time or batch environments.
Monitor, maintain, and improve the accuracy and reliability of deployed models.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies.
Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes clearly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field.
Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Exposure to big data tools like Hadoop, Spark.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Experience in A/B testing and model monitoring in production.
