Job Description

We are seeking experienced

Developers with strong Machine Learning and AI expertise

to join our dynamic, remote-first team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and ML-powered features that drive real-world impact.

🔧Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for scalable products and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems
Build and optimize data pipelines and APIs for training, inference, and monitoring
Continuously evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and reliability
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Requirements

Proficiency in Python (or a similar programming language)
Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Understanding of data science workflows, model training, and evaluation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or generative AI
Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD practices, and containerized deployments
Background in software engineering, data science, or applied mathematics
