Role Overview:

deal structuring, group restructurings, due diligence, and tax advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  deal structuring, group restructurings, and due diligence

  assignments from commercial, tax, and regulatory perspectives.
• Interact with

  client teams and counterparty teams

  , ensuring alignment and clarity throughout engagements.
• Participate in negotiations to

  defend client positions

  , align commercial constructs, and contribute to overall deal frameworks.
• Provide

  implementation support

  for solutions and assist in seamless execution.
• Review and negotiate

  transaction documents

  , ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
• Draft and present

  tax opinions

  and other critical aspects necessary for deal closure.
• Oversee

  project management

  to ensure all deal elements are considered, aligned, and completed within timelines.
• Prepare and deliver

  clear, concise, and impactful presentations

  for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure

  risk mitigation

  in documentation, conversations, and presentations.
• Exhibit sharp technical competence with the ability to

  think on your feet

  and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Strong technical expertise in

  taxation

  with an added advantage of

  regulatory understanding

  .
• Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to seamlessly switch between

  business and technical conversations

  .
• Proven ability to

  train, guide, and manage teams

  while handling internal and external stakeholder conversations.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
