About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated

M&A Intern

to support our Corporate Affairs & Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in evaluating strategic investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting due diligence for potential transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in market research, industry benchmarking, and target company analysis.
  • Support the team in financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment memos.
  • Participate in due diligence activities and assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Track M&A trends and maintain databases on ongoing and completed deals.
  • Assist in documentation and record-keeping for internal audits and compliance purposes.

  • Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and corporate finance fundamentals.
