Key Responsibilities

Azure & Microsoft 365 Security:

Implement and manage security and identity solutions in
Azure AD and Microsoft 365
.
Administer
Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection, and Intune
.
Configure and manage
Azure Information Protection (AIP)
and
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
policies.
Monitor service health, generate reports, and track notifications from the
Message Center
.

Microsoft Teams Administration:

Hands-on management of
Microsoft Teams
, handling issues related to instant messaging, channels, file sharing, presentations, and collaboration.
Manage Teams Admin Center for all
configuration, policies, settings, and updates
.
Configure and manage
Live Events
,
SBC enrollment
,
call queues
,
direct routing
,
call park policies
,
calling policies
, assigning
phone numbers
,
forwarding
, delegation, voicemail, and decommissioning of IP phones.
Maintain
dial plans
and other Teams telephony configurations.

General:

Provide support for Microsoft 365 security and collaboration tools.
Ensure adherence to organizational compliance and governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for seamless service delivery and troubleshooting.
