Job Description

Provide advanced-level (Tier 2/3) support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
Troubleshoot complex issues related to mail flow, permissions, sync errors, and mobile device management through Microsoft Intune.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all macOS devices, providing timely and effective technical assistance to end-users.
Manage Apple endpoints using a mobile device management (MDM) solution (e.g., JAMF, Intune) for tasks such as device enrollment, configuration, and security enforcement.
Administer and maintain third-party enterprise applications, including Templafy and Nexthink.
