Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties
  • Program and commission Lutron processors, dimmers, keypads, sensors, and blinds
  • Create lighting scenes, schedules, and keypad logic
  • Test and validate system performance
  • Troubleshoot processor, device, and wiring issues
  • Support installation teams for wiring and load testing
  • Prepare system files, addressing tables, and configuration reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of lighting control systems
  • Understanding of relays, dimmers, blind motors, and sensors
  • Ability to read electrical and lighting layouts
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and on-site communication

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
  • Lutron Level 1 Certification preferred
  • Experience with premium homes or villas
