Lutron Programmer and Installer

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Program and commission Lutron processors, dimmers, keypads, sensors, and blinds. - Create lighting scenes, schedules, and keypad logic. - Test and validate system performance. - Troubleshoot processor, device, and wiring issues. - Support installation teams for wiring and load testing. - Prepare system files, addressing tables, and configuration reports. In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Basic knowledge of lighting control systems. - Understanding of relays, dimmers, blind motors, and sensors. - Ability to read electrical and lighting layouts. - Strong troubleshooting skills and on-site communication. It would be considered a plus if you have the following preferred or good-to-have skills: - Lutron Level 1 Certification preferred. - Experience with premium homes or villas.,
