Overview The team is primarily involved in Financial Performance Management, Financial Planning and Coverage & Strategic Planning with the purpose to drive delivery of DBs strategic priorities and to drive consistency of performance management across the bank and refine the Groups performance management framework. The team primarily focuses on (a) balanced scorecards, (b) business performance analytics (c) competitor benchmarking, and (d) supporting senior management in strategic analyses.
