Dear Candidate,   We are Looking of Senior Architect *Experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion* for our growing construction and Interior Company based in company handing over 3000 projects   Office is Located in Avinashi Rd, Periyar Nagar, Masakali Palayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004 Job Description – Architect Job Title – Architect Job Position – Senior Executive Department – Design Reporting to – Lead Architect Qualification – B.Arch. or relevant qualification   Roles and Responsibilities: Interpreting and translate customer needs into rough plan. Defining project requirements and schedule the design accordingly. Under taking design project from concept to completion.   Requirements: 5 to 7 Years of Experience Expertise in layout color, lighting, materials selection. Should have well experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion Creative talent, imagination and eye for design, communication and presentation skills. Should have led and designed small / medium residential projects Exposure to residential projects is mandatory Should be open to visit sites during weekends  Excellent portfolio of previous work. Passionate about colors, shapes, architecture, 3Ds and all things related to design You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities Paying attention to your client's every need to deliver their dream home Client handling experience is must Experience in elevation design for residence is an added advantage Excellent communication skills
