We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the bag industry (travel bags, backpacks, luggage, or related products). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Generate new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and lead conversions. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Conduct product presentations, promotional activities, and participate in trade fairs/exhibitions. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records in CRM tools. Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of sales experience in the bag industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of B2B and retail sales channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
