Description
As a LS Retail Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central at Devyani International Ltd in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for a techno-functional role that involves hands-on consulting, implementation, and support of POS and retail software solutions. Your active involvement in system configuration, customization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement will ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Work on LS Retail implementations, migrations, and support projects with minimum exposure to implementations and migrations required. - Develop customizations, extensions, and reports to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. - Handle third-party system integrations with LS Retail and Dynamics platforms. - Design and develop SSRS reports to meet business and operational needs. - Utilize AL and CAL languages for development and customization. - Work with SQL Server for data handling and performance optimization. - Conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions to prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) following Microsoft standards. - Support data migration activities using Excel Add-ins. - Assist in the installation and configuration of NAV and Business Central. - Estimate development timelines and support delivery planning. - Follow Microsoft Sure Step methodology and Life Cycle Services (LCS) best practices. - Domain experience in Retail, POS, or Hospitality will be an added advantage. Qualifications: - Education: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), M.Tech, or MCA. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in LS Retail, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Business Central. - Relevant Microsoft/LS Retail certifications are preferred. - Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach. - Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams. - Good communication, project coordination, and time-management skills. - Exposure to .NET will be an added advantage.
