Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
Own the Design Process: Independently manage and drive design projects from end-to-end, including problem definition, concepting, prototyping, user testing, and final visual polish
Drive Accessibility Inclusivity: Ensure all designs meet or exceed current accessibility guidelines (e. g. , WCAG) and industry best practices to create products usable by the widest possible audience.
Facilitate Development Handoff: Clearly articulate design intent by expertly writing detailed interaction patterns and specifications for developers, ensuring smooth implementation and a high-fidelity final product.
Maintain and Leverage Design Systems: Utilize and contribute to our existing design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
Conduct User Research: Plan, execute, and analyze various forms of user research (e. g. , interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover deep user insights and validate design decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy and requirements.
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or a related field.
Expertise in applying design principles and concepts from design psychology.
Thorough understanding of accessibility guidelines (e. g. , WCAG).
Demonstrated proficiency in writing clear, detailed interaction patterns, and documentation for development handoff.
Mandatory knowledge and experience working with design systems.
Proven user research experience, including planning, execution, and synthesis of findings.
Expert-level proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e. g. , Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
