As a Loss Prevention Supervisor at our company, located in Indore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing loss prevention initiatives and ensuring the physical security of the resort. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Overseeing loss prevention initiatives to minimize risks and safeguard assets. - Ensuring the physical security of the resort through monitoring and implementing security protocols. - Conducting routine and specialized investigations to maintain inventory control measures. - Collaborating with team members to develop actionable prevention strategies. - Proactively monitoring security practices and providing training to staff. - Implementing strategies to safeguard assets and ensure guest safety. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control to effectively reduce shrinkage. - Hands-on experience in Physical Security measures. - Excellent communication skills for collaborative work and clear incident reporting. - Proven skills in conducting investigations and developing prevention strategies. - Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. - Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. - Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is a plus.
