The Loss Prevention Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing loss prevention initiatives, ensuring the physical security of the resort, conducting routine and specialized investigations, maintaining inventory control measures, and collaborating with team members to minimize risks. This role will require proactive monitoring, training of staff in security practices, and implementation of strategies to safeguard assets and ensure guest safety. Qualifications Strong expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control to effectively reduce shrinkage and safeguard assets. Hands-on experience in Physical Security measures, including monitoring and implementing security protocols. Excellent Communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and provide clear incident reporting. Proven skills in conducting Investigations and developing actionable prevention strategies. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is a plus.
