Loss Prevention Executive

Job Title:

• Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily loss and shrinkage reports with actionable insights.
  
• Coordinate with ground operations teams to track, follow up, and ensure accountability on key metrics.
  
• Support review discussions with HI and TLs by providing performance data, flags, and follow-up points.
  
• Create and present decks for leadership reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and mitigation plans.
  
• Perform root cause analysis on loss incidents and recommend preventive measures.
  
• Use data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Excel Dashboards, etc., for impactful reporting.
  
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and audit.
  
• Maintain a centralized tracker and ensure timely closure of loss-related action items.
  
• Assist in supply chain audits and compliance-related tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1-2years of relevant experience in supply chain, last-mile operations, or data analytics roles.
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI etc.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Language Proficiency:

  Malayalam

  (must),

  English/Hindi

  (must).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or 3PL operations.
  
• Familiarity with loss & shrinkage control practices and SOPs in a logistics environment.
  
• Exposure to ERP or logistics management systems.
