Skilled with a focus on growth:

• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and encouragement to boost the sales team’s performance.
• Discover and create new business opportunities through on-site visits, cold calling, and market research.
• Support the sales team with coaching, training sessions, and constructive feedback to enhance their effectiveness.
• Engage directly with customers to raise awareness about products and improve sales potential.
• Develop and present tailored sales proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Graduate in any discipline (any stream welcome)
• Must be a local resident or familiar with the local area

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
