Hi Looking for Legal Executive for Top Real estate company

Experience: 1-4 Yrs

NP- Immediate to 30 Days

Skills :

Co-ordinate with Lawyers, Solicitors and Arbitrators.

Follow up all litigation matters up to District/Civil/ Metropolitan, Session, Consumer, courts, judicial magistrate
Manage legal Affairs, Litigation Matters, legal Documentation, and all types of legal work.
Draft, negotiate and finalize various legal documents like, various types of deeds, agreement, joint venture agreements, leave & license, contracts, ensuring legal compliance, etc., vetting and finalizing legal documents.
Liaison with different Government and other authorities with respect to legal matters, reply to notices, coordinating with legal advisors of organization.
