We are hiring for Key Account Manager into Pharma Domain Experience : 3 - 10 Years Job Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata & Patna/Ranchi Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and colorectal surgeons , driving brand adoption and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify & engage key specialists in hospitals/healthcare institutions. Develop & execute strategic customer engagement plans. Drive sales through clinical discussions and scientific engagements. Organize scientific conclaves, RTMs & STBs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing, medical, and sales teams for brand strategy execution. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors in Life Sciences/Pharmacy; MBA preferred. Experience: 3- 7 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in vascular interventions or interventional radiology. Competencies: Strong relationship management, scientific engagement, and strategic thinking. KPIs: Sales growth & Rx share in key accounts. KOL engagement & development.
