Job Title: Business Development - Licensing (Dosage Forms) - Global Sourcing Job Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: The Business Development - Licensing professional will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing licensing opportunities for dosage forms in global markets. The role requires strategic sourcing, negotiation, and collaboration with international partners to expand the organizations product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential licensing opportunities for various dosage forms across global markets. Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CMOs, and regulatory agencies for sourcing and licensing deals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Negotiate licensing agreements, contracts, and terms with potential partners. Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with global market requirements. Work closely with internal R&D, commercial, and supply chain teams to align licensing activities with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end licensing process from due diligence to contract execution and post-licensing relationship management. Represent the company at global business meetings, conferences, and trade shows to explore new partnerships. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business development, licensing, or global sourcing within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of dosage forms, regulatory requirements, and global pharmaceutical markets. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing licensing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Preferred Skills: Experience working with international markets such as the US, EU, LATAM, and APAC. Understanding of intellectual property rights and legal aspects of licensing agreements.
