Should Have:

5+ years of experience and excellent programming skills using Java, Struts Framework,
Working experience in Ext JS , REACT, jquery, and javascript,
Experience with MVC architecture
Experience in working with databases and creating SQL Queries, PLSQL, DB2 Databases
Strong working experience in Publish-Subscribe SOAP/RESTful web services, RESTAPI, Springboot
AWS Lambda function required
Knowledge in Websphere 8 and above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle using Kanban, Scrum, or the Scaled Agile Framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Development experience in a cross-platform and multi-tier environment.
Critical thinking skills, ability to define problems, establish facts and draw conclusions.

Nice to Have:

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
Experience with process automation.
Experience with AI tools for code development and office products.
Experience in performance testing and tuning.
Scrum team experience.
Knowledge of group insurance.
TIBCO BW and iProcess knowledge.
