We are looking for Human Resource Business Partner

Academics and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree/master’s in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

· Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully into the company.

Ensure new employees are effectively on board, understand their roles, and have a positive introduction to the company culture.

· Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with local labor laws, company values, and best practices.

· Assist in managing the probationary period for new employees, ensuring timely performance reviews and feedback.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance appraisals.

· Manage the exit interview process for employees leaving the company, ensuring proper documentation is completed, and feedback is gathered.

· Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions or concerns (e.g., benefits, company policies, payroll).

· Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation, maintaining files, and preparing reports.

· Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
